the windows prefetcher aims to load app. faster by prefetching the app and storing it in the prefetch cache. you can speed up app. loading by changing the default value of the settings under relevant key.

navigate to :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControl Set\Control|SessionManager\Memory Managagement\PrefetchParameters

the default value for EnablePrefetcher setting is 3 Now change this value to 5 to make app. load faster, u can experiment with higher values up to 8 and see if you get a further improvement.

and since related to system a reboot is req. for change to take effect.
(always note u can not expect much that your RAM)
